Private Training 

Private training is a great way to develop a personal relationship with a coach to achieve your goals together. This is great option for those with busy schedules, enjoy a more individualized plan and environment, or want to perfect a certain skill or be introduced to a different training approach (Weightlifting, Running, Sports Specific…)

We offer private training and in home training! Private training will allow you to schedule your own time with any of our professional trainers. Contact us to meet a coach, see the facility, or talk about our programs. If you're already a member, talk to a coach about your goals to get started!

Youth Program
The Youth Development Program has been designed with the unique needs of young athletes in mind.  Classes will combine warm up, skill practice, workouts and games that focus on building strength and conditioning. The class will focus on the functional movements, elements of gymnastics, running, jumping rope and more. In our group setting, your child will be engaged in workouts that will be fun and challenging, while preparing them to be well rounded athletes with a lifelong love of fitness. This is by far the funnnnnnnest classssssss!!!!! We love it, and the kids do as well!

BC Sport

A Program for the next generation athlete. In season and out of season. 5th Grade+ Monday, Wednesday + Thursday 3:30PM,

SUMMER HOURS Mon/Wed/Thur- 815AM, Tues/Thur 3:30PM

At BC Sport we want all our athletes to have an understanding as well as be able to perform at a high level in all the 10 components of fitness: Strength, Power, Agility, Speed, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination, Stamina, Accuracy, Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance. This will ensure they are well rounded and SAFE. 

But, in most sports there is a delineation of which components are most necessary and important on the field, court, ice or diamond. This program will highlight those and bring them to an apex in the athletes training. 

When creating this specific program we asked many coaches what types of athletes they wanted on their teams and what physical characteristics were displayed in the best ones. #1 They wanted athletes that were coachable, who had a great mind set and were tough. #2 They wanted athletes who were twitchy, an athlete that could change direction well, explosive, and had great speed.

Our training reflects this. At BC Sport we create athletes that are on the field weapons. Weapons who are not only strong, powerful and athletic...athletes that will be locked in and know exactly where they need to be every play. Athletes that have great character and are up for any challenge; they are not satisfied with being out worked and will put in the effort to win championships and seek to play at the next level. 

Our #1 belief is in our coaching. All of your BC Sport coaches are not only past decorated athletes, they are skilled coaches. Our coaching staff is ingrained in the community and PASSIONATE about its success. We want to share the knowledge we have gained and for you to learn from the mistakes we have made. We are in this with you and for you, nothing else.

Training time will range between 60-90 minutes a session. There will be a coach on site for all of your workouts who will instruct your training and change your future! Come in between any of these times and we will get you rolling! Monday, Wednesday + Thursday 3:30PM

Middle & High School Strength & Conditioning
Our middle school program provides a safe environment for middle school students to train, develop, and compete with one another. This program is designed for kids to start understanding their bodies and their physical capabilities as young athletes. The core principles will be technique, coordination, conditioning, and gymnastics along with an introduction to strength training. Our middle school program is a great way for kids to prepare in the off-season, as well as maintain and stay free from injury while in-season. This program is not limited to those involved in organized sports, but for anyone that would like to start a fitness plan. Classes will be run similar to our traditional classes starting with a warm-up/agility session, then strength training/skill building, followed by metabolic condition. Nation Plan

Inside of our normal classes we offer programming and extra work for our athletes. This is for the Competitive Athlete, those looking to get there, or those interested in a little extra work on top of the class. At Nation Athletics we believe in the CLASS model. The Nation plan allows you to take the class with additional programming on top of the class. MORE is not always better. The Nation Plan possibly allows for higher skill movements within the class, increased loads and distances. On top of this you will get 2-4 days of extra conditioning, weightlifting or gymnastics. All of this extra work is based off of the classes intensity and volume. Individual Sessions with Coach Craig

Nation Plan Plus+

This program is the Nation Plan, but, Coach Craig will individualized the plan based off your specific goals, strengths and weaknesses. Here you will get a concrete individualized plan made specifically to you. This STILL enables you to take the class and is designed for that!

Barbell Club

This club will provide and addition to, or alternative to the CrossFit or Conditioning classes that are currently offered.

 The purpose of the club is to develop athletes through the incorporation of the Olympic lifts and structured resistance training. For those interested the club will serve as a platform to compete in the sport of weightlifting and a chance to compete locally, regionally, and nationally. No experience is necessary with the Olympic lifts and all ages are welcome.

 Typically sessions will last 60+ minutes consisting of a warm up, technical instruction on the Olympic lifts followed by targeted strength work to help you further develop your strengths and bring up your weaknesses. Individual assistance exercises will be prescribed to help fully develop athleticism and prevent injuries. A full plan will be written by Coach Chris Taber for all athletes to follow on a weekly basis. SCHEDULE ONE ON ONE SESSIONS WITH COACH T

Classes will start 3 times a week at our Branford CrossFit location Tuesday and Thursday 5PM and Saturday 900AM. The programmed work Mondays and Wednesday does not have to be done in that specific 630 PM class or days. It can be done in the Nation Area (orange rig area) off to side throughout the week. But, in order to be able to do the Nation Barbell Program on your own you will need to be approved by Coach Tabor in class first.

Birthday Parties

We will make the best use of our 9,000 square foot facility for the kids. The kids will have a blast and learn some FITNESS!!!

Our coaches will teach some fitness, relay races, dodge-ball and much more!! We can accommodate 10-30+ kids. Call 203-996-3294 for more info!

Running Club

Whether you want to improve your running to dominate a race, improve your technique for CrossFit, or start running for the first time, let’s get you to your goal! You can follow the Nation Plan Running Club, which provides a templated program for beginners and advanced runners 3 days a week. Want a more personalized approach? Coach Ryan will construct a program specifically for you. 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon plans designed to fit your lifestyle. This includes a running assessment where Coach Billy will break down technique and give drills to improve, as well, a 6 weeks of programing tailored specifically to you.

TEAM Training

Branford CrossFit has been developing athlete programs for all sports since its inception and well before that. Through years of experience in sports and in training for sport we will lay down the blueprints for any level of athlete. Your team will have the unique ability to have their own time slot where only they can train inside BCF’s facility. They will be under the microscope of BCF’s certified coaches who were athletes themselves and understand what it takes. Our main focuses are working to improve fundamentals, increase power / speed, build camaraderie and leadership.
